About Grants Plastering Ltd
Grants Plastering Ltd is a family run plastering business serving South East London, North Kent and the surrounding areas. It undertakes plastering for domestic and commercial clients, from small jobs to larger building site work, and specialises in the restoration and conservation of old and historical buildings using traditional materials and methods. Its website describes over 21 years of experience.
Its specialisms include lime plastering and lime rendering, including heritage lime restoration on listed buildings, traditional solid cornice mouldings and covings, and fibrous plasterwork from cornice mouldings to ceiling roses and panel moulds. It also does sand and cement rendering, English stucco finishes, pebble dashing and dry dashing, and coloured monocouche render systems.
Internal gypsum plastering covers float and set, re-skims over old walls, dry lining, Venetian plastering and new plasterboard ceilings. The business also carries out damp treatment, floor screeding, pointing to brick and stone masonry, and decorating over its own plasterwork. The owner holds a Level 3 N.V.Q. in both solid and fibrous plastering and is an approved applicator for Pro Rend.
