About S M B Plastering and sons
SMB Plastering and Sons is a family-run plastering business based in Bromley, owned by Frank and Scott McBride. Frank has been running the business since 1997. The team holds the City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Plastering, damp proofing technician training and current health and safety training. Between them the team has over 80 years of experience on the tools.
The business carries out plastering and skimming of walls and ceilings, rendering on exterior walls and extensions, floor screeding, dry lining and partitioning, ceiling repair and replacement, plastering over artex, painting and decorating, chimney breast removal, damp proofing, and renovation and refurbishment of whole rooms and properties. Work is carried out for domestic and commercial properties across Bromley, South East London, Kent and Central London.
Jobs start with a free visit from one of the owners to look at the property. A written price is provided after the visit, itemised. The person who comes to estimate the job is one of the team who will carry out the work. Rooms are dust sheeted and sealed off where the rest of the house is in use. Waste is removed as it is made, and the site is swept and cleared down at the end of every day.
