About Pat Smith Plastering & Building Services
Pat Smith Plastering & Building Services is a family-run plastering and building business in Bromley, run by Pat Smith and his wife Sarah. The business carries out plastering, bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, room extensions, garage conversions and painting and decorating work.
Pat Smith uses fibreglass stop crack tape and other special materials to offer money and time-saving alternatives. For building work such as extensions or kitchen refurbishments, the business offers a project management service from planning and building control through to completion. Both Pat and Sarah work closely with clients throughout each project. Materials are bought at trade rates where possible, and these discounts are passed to the customer. All material costs are documented and sent to the client regularly.
The business covers Bromley and travels further afield. A free estimate is provided at a suitable time, setting out what is needed, the cost and how long the work will take. Works agreed upon are confirmed in writing. Pat Smith is a member of Checkatrade and Trustatrader, and holds a City and Guilds qualification. Half of the business comes from referrals.
