About S Butler Plastering
S Butler Plastering is a plastering business in Chatham run by Steve Butler. The business carries out skimming of walls and ceilings, float and set work on brick and block walls, rendering for new surfaces and repairs, plasterboard boarding and drylining, screeding and latexing for flat floors, and coving. Painting and decorating are also offered, along with handyman services such as installing shelves, woodworking and assembling flat pack furniture.
Steve Butler is the third generation of plasterers in the Butler family. His grandfather was a plasterer for over 35 years, and his father has been a plasterer for over 25 years. Steve left school in 2008 and started an apprenticeship with his father's company. After learning the trade for over 7 years, he started S Butler Plastering. Steve has over 10 years of working as a professional plasterer in people's homes. Over 80% of the work comes from past customer recommendations. Steve is a time served, fully qualified plasterer and has picked up additional skills from working with his father in the building trade.
