About J E Plastering Services
J.E Plastering Services is a plastering business in Chatham, serving Kent since 2003. It works for residential and commercial clients across Kent, including Canterbury, Margate, Rochester and Ashford, and its website describes 20 years of experience.
Its services are skimming, rendering, repair work and associated electrics. Skimming leaves walls ready for painting and decorating. Rendering can be external or internal, and is described as creating a waterproof finish that protects the building from weather damage. Options include traditional lime render and modern acrylic render. Repair work includes taking down flooded or damaged ceilings, reboarding and skimming them, or cutting out the damaged section and replacing it with new plasterboard.
The business also works on unique or difficult internal areas, including Victorian and Georgian properties, curved and rolled ceilings, and exterior round angles created freehand. Projects shown include a garage conversion to a mini pub, a loft conversion in Medway, a kitchen refresh and a bespoke contemporary fireplace surround.
