About G.M Higgins Plastering & Screeding
G.M Higgins Plastering & Screeding is a plastering business based in Reading with over 30 years of experience. The team carries out internal and external plastering, dry lining, rendering and screeding for private homes, builders and commercial properties. Services listed include general plastering, skimming, sand and cement renders, pebble dashing, monocouche renders, insulated renders, wet dashing, liquid screeding and traditional screeding. Plasterboard is fitted to create smooth, durable surfaces ready for decoration.
The business covers Reading and the surrounding areas. Work starts with a free quote for each project. Gerrard and the team render walls externally, screed internal floors, plaster ceilings and dry line walls. Surfaces are prepared and finished smooth, and the site is left clean and tidy after each job. The business offers weekend appointments and fixed pricing.
G.M Higgins Plastering & Screeding is Weber-trained in monocouche and other rendering techniques. The team works for both private customers and builders. Recent work includes rendering and screeding at a large private school, and floor screeding projects where the screed was finished smooth and level. Dry lining is offered as a cost-effective alternative to traditional plastering, with faster installation and lower costs.
