About Blackwater Plastering
Blackwater Plastering is a plastering and rendering business in Colchester run by Mark, who has been working as a professional plasterer for almost 40 years. The business covers Essex and Suffolk.
Internal plastering services include skimming walls and ceilings, plasterboarding, dry lining, floor screeds and repairs. Specialist plastering services are polished plaster finishes, micro cement finishes, lime plaster and traditional techniques for period and listed buildings. External work covers sand and cement rendering, silicone render systems, external wall repairs and heritage render work. Every surface is assessed, prepared and finished ready for decorating.
Mark undertakes work from small repairs and patchwork through to full house plastering, extensions, renovations and larger residential or commercial projects. For larger projects, the business works alongside other trades. Customers deal directly with Mark throughout each job. Decorators who work after Mark comment on the quality of his plastering and how it makes their job easier. The business also offers one-to-one plastering training for those learning the trade or improving their skills. Training is practical and hands-on, adjusted to individual experience levels.
