About P J Brierley Building & Plastering contractor
P J Brierley Building & Plastering contractor is based in Colchester and run by Paul Brierley. The business carries out internal and external plastering, rendering, dry lining, ceiling installations, house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions. Services include silicone rendering, external cladding, K Rend and Monocouche rendering, plasterboard installations, fascias and soffits, and home refurbishments. The business converts domestic lofts into bedrooms, garages into workshops and industrial spaces into living areas.
P J Brierley covers Essex and Suffolk. Paul has 30 years of experience in the building industry and spent 6 years working in machine plastering in Germany. Work begins with a visit to discuss the project, and a quote is provided. The business holds public liability insurance cover up to £5m.
Jobs undertaken include skimming walls, knocking through walls, changing room layouts and modernising buildings to let in more natural light. Refurbishment work can include plastering and rendering both interior and exterior surfaces. Loft conversions and garage conversions are carried out to make the most of available space and create appropriate areas for their new function. The business cleans up at the end of each job.
