About Wallcoatings Ltd
Wallcoatings Ltd is a plastering and insulation business based on the South Coast of England, serving homeowners across England. The business specialises in external wall insulation and decorative render finishes. It fixes polystyrene insulation boards to the outside of properties, then renders and finishes them with a range of finishes. The work creates a layer around the home that reduces heat loss through walls, keeping properties warmer in winter and cooler in summer. External wall insulation also helps reduce damp and improves the appearance of properties, particularly those with solid walls built before 1920.
Wallcoatings Ltd has expanded into renewable energy and offers solar panels, air source heat pumps and cavity wall insulation alongside its core plastering work. The business works on older homes and new builds across England.
The team includes staff who have worked with the directors since the early days of their careers, bringing together over 100 years of combined experience. Wallcoatings Ltd can advise on government funding available through the ECO4 scheme, which runs until March 2026. Homeowners may qualify if they receive certain benefits, have a household income under £31,000 a year, or have a health condition aggravated by cold weather. The business states that external wall insulation can save 30 per cent on energy bills and increase property value.
