About Vale Plastering
Vale Plastering is a family-run plastering and rendering business based in Shaftesbury. It carries out internal plastering, external rendering, restoration work and Venetian polished plaster finishes for homeowners, landlords and builders. The services listed are skimming, dry lining and ceilings for new builds and renovations; monocouche and silicone render systems, K-rend and traditional sand and cement finishes for external work; lime plastering and rendering for period and listed properties; and hand-polished decorative plaster finishes.
Vale Plastering covers Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Sturminster Newton, Blandford Forum and the surrounding villages in Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset, including Castle Cary and Mere. The business has been trading for over 20 years. Work comes mostly from word of mouth, and the vans and workwear are known locally as The Pink Plasterers. Jobs range from a single skimmed ceiling to full external render systems and internal plastering packages on new builds.
