About Shropshire plastering services
B M Poole Plastering is a plastering business in Telford run by Ben Poole, who grew up locally in Randlay. The business provides skimming and re-skimming of walls and ceilings, plasterboarding, dry-lining, wall and ceiling repairs, external rendering, and lime plastering. Ben is Shropshire's recognised lime plastering specialist, using traditional lime plastering methods and materials for breathable and sustainable finishes in older properties.
The business covers Telford, Ironbridge, Coalbrookdale, Coalport, Stirchley, Randlay, Dawley, Lawley, Lightmoor, Shifnal and Albrighton. Work begins with a visit to measure and assess the property. Surfaces are prepared, and plasterboard is installed where needed before skimming or rendering is applied. Lime pointing services are offered alongside lime plastering. The business also handles patch repairs, damp repairs and insurance work. Dust sheets protect floors and surfaces during work, and the site is cleaned up afterwards.
B M Poole Plastering provides free quotes across Shropshire. Jobs include small ceiling repairs, full property re-skims and new-build work. The business works for domestic and commercial customers, including those with period cottages and listed buildings. Plasterboarding creates smooth walls while improving energy efficiency. Ben also works in Ludlow and Much Wenlock, and serves Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and surrounding areas across Shropshire.
