About Rileys Pro Trowel Plastering Ltd
Rileys Pro Trowel Plastering Ltd is a plastering and rendering business based in Plymouth. It carries out machine-applied rendering, silicone render systems, lime plastering, breathable render systems, Venetian plastering and heritage rendering for homes, extensions, commercial projects and listed buildings. The business has traded for over fifteen years and works across Devon and Cornwall.
The business assesses each building before work starts, looking at its age, substrate and moisture behaviour. Specification is chosen to match the building type: lime-based systems for pre-1919 properties, listed buildings and conservation areas; silicone render for contemporary homes; and machine-applied render for larger projects. Surface preparation and curing times are done correctly rather than compressed. Listed building work is routine, and the business understands conservation officer requirements and listed building consent applications.
Rileys Pro Trowel covers Plymouth, Exeter, Torquay, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Tavistock, Okehampton, Newton Abbot, South Hams, Dartmoor, Barnstaple, Bideford, Truro, Falmouth, Redruth, Camborne, St Ives, Penzance, Newquay, Bude, Bodmin, Launceston and Saltash. Recent projects include heritage lime render in Dartmouth, a development in Exmouth with silicone render, and a beach house in Bude with black silicone render and full internal plastering. The business carries full public liability insurance and all operatives are covered.
