About Revitalize Property Services
Revitalize Property Services is a plastering and building business in Leicester, working across Leicestershire and the wider Midlands. It is run by Joe, who learned his trade with a local plastering and rendering company, and the website gives over 10 years of interior renovation experience. Joe has also taken on graphic vinyl installation projects for large companies.
Services are plastering and dry lining, skimming and plaster repairs, stud walls, boarding, media walls, door fitting, skirting boards and architraves, property renovation, graphic vinyl installation and commercial signage, and fencing. Plasterboard work covers stud walls that divide rooms to suit a layout, ceiling fixing and updating, preparing walls and ceilings for better acoustic and thermal performance, and readying spaces for extensions or conversions. Media walls are built to integrate a television, fireplace, storage and lighting, with hidden cables. Renovations cover homes and commercial spaces, with internal trades managed through a single contractor, and the vinyl work includes window graphics and wall graphics.
Most work comes from word-of-mouth. Customers range from first-time buyers making home improvements to landlords renovating, along with friends, family and local businesses. Joe works hands-on and gets help from friends or other tradesmen when needed.
