About Quinn Plastering
Quinn Plastering is a local two-person team based in Roch, near Haverfordwest, in Pembrokeshire. It has traded under the Quinn Plastering name since 1991, and its website gives 41 years in plastering. The main working area is Pembrokeshire, and suitable projects are also considered across Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. Towns named include Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke, Tenby, Fishguard, St Davids, Narberth, Cardigan and Carmarthen.
The business focuses on silicone rendering, offering K Rend and coloured silicone render systems for homes and exterior renovations, new builds, extensions and render replacement. Finishes include scraped render and a fine-textured finish, with colour built into the finish rather than applied as a separate coat of masonry paint. The silicone finishes are described as water-repellent while allowing water vapour to pass through.
Before rendering, the business assesses existing coatings and looks for loose render, unsuitable surfaces and defects. Its quotation sets out the preparation, render system, finish and access requirements. Enquiries can include the property postcode, photographs and a description of the work, and a site visit is arranged where needed.
