About Pro Rend And Co
Pro Rend And Co is a rendering and plastering contractor based in Southend-on-Sea, working across Essex and the South East. The business carries out silicone rendering, insulated render systems, monocouche rendering, traditional render systems, plastering services and render repairs for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial teams.
The services listed cover preparation, beads, base coats and finishes for rendering, and boarding, skimming, repairs and handovers for plastering. Domestic and commercial plastering includes dry lining and repair work. Render repairs address cracking, hollow patches, staining and failed junctions. The business works with Baumit render and external wall insulation products, selecting build-ups around the background, exposure, detailing and finish required.
Pro Rend And Co covers Essex, London, Hertfordshire, Kent, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Bedfordshire. Each project begins with a site assessment to review backgrounds, defects, junctions and access. Protection, repairs, primers, beads and reinforcement are included where the agreed system requires them. Finished work is checked, cleaned down and accompanied by practical curing and aftercare guidance. The business has 24 years' hands-on trade experience. A free survey is offered for suitable projects, and written workmanship cover is provided on eligible completed work. Quotations describe preparation, system build-up, finish and exclusions. Same-day response is provided for enquiries during normal working hours.
