About PAD CAP Finishes Limited
PAD CAP Finishes Limited is a commercial plastering and dry lining contractor based in Glossop. It delivers interior finishing work for developers, main contractors and facilities managers across Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Sheffield, Cheshire and Derbyshire. The business has traded since 2002 and specialises in commercial plastering, dry lining systems, MF ceilings, suspended ceilings, metal stud partitions and Structural Framing Systems.
The services cover traditional two-coat and spray plastering, thermal and acoustic dry lining, metal stud partitions for offices and room divisions, suspended ceiling systems including mineral fibre and acoustic ceilings, and SFS installations for internal and external walls. Work ranges from office fit-outs and residential developments to healthcare, education and public sector buildings, from single-room refurbishments to multi-storey new builds. Metal stud partitions are constructed using lightweight galvanised steel framing and finished with plasterboard. MF ceilings are suspended plasterboard systems that offer acoustic performance, fire resistance and concealed services. All installations follow British Standards and Building Regulations.
PAD CAP Finishes Limited is Safe Contractor (SSIP) accredited and a member of the Finishes & Interiors Sector, the industry body for interior finishes contractors. Operatives hold CSCS cards. The business works directly with principal contractors and project teams from pre-construction through to handover, with one point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Pricing is transparent, with costs listed clearly.
