About ODS Plastering Services
ODS Plastering Services is a plastering business run by Owen, a local plasterer based in Pontypool who covers the surrounding areas. It focuses on domestic customers, and Owen states over 12 years of experience. Most of his work is for homeowners, and he also works for landlords preparing rental properties and local contractors.
Skimming, including re-skimming walls and ceilings that are uneven, cracked or covered in old Artex, is one of the most common jobs. The business also carries out plaster repairs and patch work for damaged plaster, blown areas, cracks, and holes left after other work in the home. Plasterboarding and dry lining covers fitting plasterboard and preparing it for plastering in renovations and reconfigured spaces, and ceiling plastering covers full re-skims, repairs, and plasterboarding and skimming from scratch.
Customers deal directly with Owen from the first message to the finished job, rather than with a large team. He describes working cleanly and carefully to keep disruption in the home to a minimum.
