About Oakleigh plastering
Oakleigh Plastering is a plastering business in Northampton run by Daniel Bannard. It carries out domestic re-plasters, extensions, full renders and commercial fit-outs across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. The services listed are plastering walls and ceilings, skimming two-coat finishes over existing plaster and plasterboard, external rendering in sand and cement, monocouche and acrylic systems, and drylining with metal stud partitions, plasterboarding and tape-and-joint finishes.
The business covers Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Daventry, Rushden, Towcester and Olney within a 30-mile radius of Northamptonshire. Oakleigh Plastering operates as a solo operation supported by one or two workers when larger jobs require it. Each job starts with a free site visit and a fixed written quote. Floors, furniture and fittings are protected, the substrate is prepped and bonded, a backing coat is applied, then two-coat skim is finished to a flat, paint-ready surface. The work is cleaned down and explained to the customer at the end.
Oakleigh Plastering is fully insured for public liability on domestic and commercial jobs. The business carries out patch repairs, single walls and full properties, and can skim over old Artex ceilings subject to a condition check. Rendering is finished sharp, and drylining is done to programme for commercial fit-outs and extensions.
