About NLR Plastering & Building
NLR Plastering & Building is a plastering and building business based in Barry, founded in 2009 by Neil Reynolds. The business carries out traditional wet plastering, plastering over artex, setting and boarding ceilings, internal render and set, external rendering, stud partitioning, damp proofing, loft conversions, garage conversions, brickwork and blockwork, fences and patios. It also undertakes extensions, bathroom and kitchen work, and boundary walls.
The business operates across Cardiff, Barry and South Wales. Neil Reynolds has over 15 years of plastering experience in both commercial and domestic markets. Although the business works with a skilled team, Neil personally carries out or oversees every job. All contact and communications go directly through Neil. The business was founded as a sole trader offering primarily plastering services and has developed to include a wider range of building services.
Plastering remains at the core of the business. Work includes drylining and coving alongside the services listed. The business works closely with clients to ensure they get the most from their space and budget. External building works such as laying patios, erecting fences and building boundary walls are carried out on request. The business states that 85 per cent of its work comes from existing customers and recommendations.
