About MJM Plastering & Rendering
MJM Plastering & Rendering is a plastering and rendering business on Canvey Island run by Matt Martin and his son James Martin. The business carries out silicone rendering, EWI render with insulation, monocouche render, traditional cement-based and lime-based render, and interior plastering of walls and ceilings. Matt Martin has over 30 years of experience in the trade.
The services listed include rendering in a variety of colours for weather resistance and durability, monocouche render for a clean stylish finish, and EWI render systems that add an extra layer of insulation for improved energy efficiency. Interior plastering smooths walls and ceilings ready for painting. The business is an accredited installer for three major render suppliers and works with monocouche renders and acrylic silicone base renders, both insulated and solid.
MJM Plastering & Rendering covers Essex and the surrounding areas. Work starts with a free on-site consultation where the business assesses the property and discusses requirements. Jobs are left clean and tidy. The business is fully licensed and insured. Recent work includes silicone rendering and insulation of an end terrace house, rendering a bungalow front wall and all plinths, and rendering the front of a house and garden wall. Customers are offered options where appropriate during the consultation.
