About Metalia Plastering LTD
Metalia Plastering Ltd is a plastering and rendering company based in London and Luton, working for homeowners and developers. It states 10+ years of experience and says more than 70 homeowners and developers have used it. The company began with one small job passed to Shqiprim and Darvin by friends, and grew from there as customers passed their number on to friends and family.
Its work includes skimming walls and ceilings, from a single room to a full re-skim over old plaster or plastering out a new build. It also carries out patch repairs, where cracks, holes and damaged plaster are repaired and blended into the surrounding wall or ceiling, including after other trades have been in. Dated patterned Artex ceilings are either overboarded or removed and re-skimmed to a smooth finish. For exterior work it offers traditional sand and cement rendering.
The business describes a process that starts with a site visit and a written quote, and covers floors and furniture before work begins. It cleans down the dust and walks round the finished job with the customer.
