About Merseyrend Ltd
Merseyrend Ltd is a rendering and plastering business based in Liverpool. It applies traditional and modern coloured render systems to house exteriors, including acrylic and silicone based renders, sand and cement renders, and insulation systems. The business is a certified applicator for K-Rend, Weber and Wetherbys rendering brands.
Merseyrend Ltd covers Liverpool, Merseyside, the Northwest and the UK. Work includes rendering new builds, improving the appearance of existing exteriors, addressing brickwork in need of attention, and treating properties with internal cold spots and damp. The team uses flexible polymer modified and cement based base coats with alkali resistant reinforced mesh, and fixes stainless steel expanding metal lath to timber and fractured brickwork as a foundation for each job.
The business offers free quotations and free impartial advice on render systems and finishes. Acrylic and silicone based renders are recommended for their low maintenance, flexibility, weather resistance, vapour permeability and choice of colours and textures. Previous work is available to view through the gallery and social media pages.
