About McErlean Plastering Ltd
McErlean Plastering Ltd is a plastering business formed in 1990 by Paul McErlean. The company carries out machine and traditional plastering, dry lining with metal frame walls and ceilings, floor screeding, lime render, external insulation and renovation work across Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the UK mainland.
The services listed include sand and cement plastering and skims, through colour and acrylic renders applied by machine or by hand, pumped floor screeding in traditional sand and cement or quick-drying options, and lime render for conservation work and energy-efficient housing. Dry lining packages cover internal and external surface finishes. The business also repairs old buildings to increase thermal values and reduce maintenance costs, and has carried out restoration work on protected plasterwork and historic properties in Cookstown.
McErlean Plastering works for private house builders, large construction companies and commercial clients. Recent projects include AIB Bank in Limerick, Castle Linn in Portrush, developments in Dungannon, and schools in Scotland. The team supplies materials and labour, and floor screeds are manually mixed on site using a floor screed pump. All teams hold current CSR credentials and relevant insurance to work throughout the UK and Ireland.
