About Lakes Plastering
Lakes Plastering is a family-run business led by Ollie Lake, based in Reading. Ollie has over 17 years experience in plastering and rendering. The business carries out residential plastering for houses, including plastering over Artex, re-skimming old walls, installing new plasterboards and plaster, and work on extensions and complete new builds. Commercial plastering is also offered for offices, shops, schools and hotels.
Exterior rendering services include K-Rend, sand and cement render, pebble dash and removal of old render. The business works on garden walls, extensions and new builds, and disposes of old render as part of the job.
Lakes Plastering covers Reading, Woodley, Swindon, Bracknell and surrounding areas. Work begins with a visit to discuss the project, and a quotation follows. Surfaces are prepared before plaster or render is applied, and old work is removed when needed. The site is kept tidy during and after each job. Clients include homeowners moving house, redesigning their homes, or buying properties needing renovation, as well as commercial businesses. Recent work includes plastering a house with Artex ceilings and re-boarded walls, correcting work by another company, rendering office exteriors, and replacing cracked external rendering with K-Rend.
