About L M FINISHES
LM Finishes is a family-run plastering and rendering business based in Newton Abbot, Devon. The business specializes in spray cork applications, an alternative to traditional render and plaster that provides thermal insulation, soundproofing and weather resistance for residential and commercial properties. The services listed are spray cork applications, rendering with smooth and textured finishes, plastering using traditional and modern techniques, external wall insulation and internal wall insulation cork plaster.
LM Finishes covers Devon, Cornwall and across the South West. Work begins with a video consultation and survey, where the team discusses the project, answers questions and provides an estimate. The business applies a new base coat render and then a spray cork top coat, or can spray cork over existing pebbledash render. Recent work shown includes a full re-render of a seaside property where spray cork was applied to protect against sea air. Cork is harvested from trees and used to provide thermal benefits and long-lasting modern finishes. The business works for homeowners and businesses of all sizes on new builds, renovations and upgrades, helping reduce energy costs through spray cork finishes that are sustainable and durable.
