About Just Do More Renovations
Just Do More Renovations is a plastering business in Bishop's Stortford run by Jordan, who has over 12 years of experience in plastering, damp proofing, extensions and renovations. The business carries out internal plastering, external rendering, damp proofing and extensions.
Internal plastering services include skimming with British Gypsum Multi Finish on old surfaces and newly plasterboarded walls and ceilings. For existing areas, PVA is applied first to create a key, then two coats of plaster leave a smooth finish ready for paint. On newly plasterboarded areas, joint tape is used at the joins to prevent cracking before two coats of plaster are applied. Float and set uses hardwall or sand and cement as a background, followed by two coats of plaster, and is often used in older properties or those with damp issues. Bonding is used to fill chases after electrical work and to produce curves in ceilings.
External rendering options include sand and cement in styles such as sponge finish, float, slapped brush and swirls. Monocouche rendering is available in a range of colours and offers a chalk-like or flat finish. Silicone render is a cement-based render with added silicones for weatherproofing.
Just Do More Renovations covers Hertfordshire and Essex. Damp proofing services address rising damp, penetrating damp, damp course injections and basement tanking. The business also offers plasterboarding, stud walling, summer house builds and painting and decorating. Free quotes and site visits are available.
