About JR Building and plastering
JR Building and Plastering is a small local team based in Swinton, Manchester, working in the area since 2016. The business draws on over 23 years of industry experience, which includes 15 years in Spain and the years since 2016 in the UK, on both large sites and smaller domestic projects. The business carries out tasks indoors and outdoors, and its website gives opening hours of Monday to Sunday, 7:30am to 10:00pm.
Skimming and plastering covers smooth finishes on walls and ceilings, covering old or damaged plaster, preparing surfaces for painting or wallpaper, and skimming of a full room or a patch. Plaster repair includes repairing chases and holes left after electricians' rewiring, treating and re-plastering walls and ceilings affected by water damage, and filling and smoothing cracks.
Exterior rendering includes monocouche and modern finishes in a range of textures and colours, silicone rendering, and repairs and re-rendering of aged facades. A quotation is available on request.
