About JKDunbar Ltd
JKDunbar Ltd is a family-run construction company based in London, specialising in plastering and building services. The business carries out extensions, renovations, loft conversions, design and build projects and structural works. Plastering work includes removing lath plaster, fitting new plasterboard, skimming walls and making good surfaces after structural removals such as chimney breasts and walls.
The business works across London for homeowners on projects ranging from minor repairs to full renovations and commercial builds. Jobs start with a consultation to understand each client's requirements. Surfaces are prepared, plasterboard is fitted where needed, and walls are skimmed to a finished surface ready for decorating. The team keeps work areas clean and tidy throughout.
JKDunbar Ltd has built a strong reputation over the past seven years. Testimonials mention the team's communication, efficiency and neat finishing, with clients noting finishes on old houses with uneven walls, work completed on time and on budget, and the team returning for further projects. One client described the making good after structural work as first class.
