About Fitt Plastering
Fitt Plastering is a plastering business in Basildon run by Tommy Fitt. It carries out interior skimming, dry lining, ceiling plastering, re-plastering, patch repairs and new build plastering for domestic properties. The business also offers external rendering in sand and cement, monocouche and tyrolean finishes, pebbledash removal, and commercial plastering for offices, retail units and schools.
Services listed include skimming walls and ceilings, plastering over artex, repairing holes, cracks and damp patches, and skimming plasterboard in new builds, extensions and conversions. Partition walls and thermal lining are fitted and skimmed. The business covers Basildon, Billericay, Wickford, Rayleigh, Brentwood and Chelmsford.
Every job is carried out personally by Tommy Fitt. Work begins with a site visit to assess the space and take measurements. Floors are protected with proper coverings, and dust is kept to a minimum. Once the plastering or rendering is complete, the room is cleaned and left tidy. Fitt Plastering is fully insured for public liability. Pricing is published upfront: a standard 12ft by 10ft room costs £295 for full room skimming, and plastering over artex costs £495 per room.
