About External Rendering
External Rendering is a specialist external rendering contractor working mainly in London and the South East. It serves homeowners, landlords, property agents and commercial businesses.
The business works with silicone and acrylic render, self coloured render, block effect render, lime render for old and heritage buildings, traditional render, rainscreen cladding, and external wall insulation with insulation thickness from 20mm. It has also carried out fire rated interventions and used K Rend products. Case studies include residential properties in Walthamstow Village, Hackney, Chiswick and Esher, blocks of flats, primary schools, student accommodation, a swimming pool, and jobs in Romford, Guildford and Southend.
The business offers a service that includes arranging access with scaffolding, supplying and installing the render, and removing waste from site. All staff are CSCS qualified, and the business is a recommended or approved installer with various render manufacturers. A customer requests a quote by phone, email or online form, may be asked for photographs, and then a time is arranged to view the property and give a free formal quote.
