About Essex Plastering Solutions Limited
Essex Plastering Solutions Limited is a plastering business based in Havering. The company specialises in silicone render, insulated render and internal plastering for residential and commercial properties across Essex and surrounding areas. Silicone render is a pre-coloured external finish that is weather-resistant, self-cleaning and available in a range of colours and textures. Insulated render combines energy efficiency with design. Internal plastering provides smooth walls and ceilings.
The business is run by Marc, who completed a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in plastering and set up the company in July 2023. Stephen is a renderer and plasterer on the team. Work begins with a site visit and inspection to check the property and identify any issues. Floor protection and scaffolding are erected, then downpipes and other items are removed and areas are protected. Beading is fixed to external angles and edges, and a primer coat is applied where needed. The basecoat is hand-applied or sprayed, and fibreglass reinforced mesh is embedded to prevent cracking. After drying, a coloured primer is applied, followed by the silicone render coat. The final stage involves removing protective coverings, reattaching downpipes, sealing doors and windows with mastic, and clearing the site. Essex Plastering Solutions is a member of Checkatrade.
