About DecoRenders
DecoRenders is a rendering company based in Swinton, Manchester, working across Manchester and North West England since 1999. It serves homeowners, landlords, property agents and businesses, on construction projects, remodelled buildings and render repair.
Its services include coloured monocouche render, insulation render systems, silicone render, brick effect render, machine spray render, waterproof rendering, traditional sand and cement rendering and texture render. Systems mentioned on its website include K-rend, Weber, Sto, Dryvit, Fassa, SAS Europe and Parex. The business also offers tiling, painting and decorating.
Insulation render work involves a base coat applied over the insulation and reinforced with fibreglass mesh, a primer, and a finish coat. For coloured monocouche, the process starts with an inspection of the condition of the building, including the windows, soffits, gutters and drain pipes. The walls are then pressure washed and openings and pipes are masked and covered. Exterior jobs need a skip, water and power on site, and scaffolding for properties higher than one storey. Work areas are cleaned once the job is finished.
