About CorkRend Limited
CorkRend Limited is an external rendering business based in Milton Keynes. The team applies spray cork render systems, silicone render systems and external wall insulation to homes and buildings. Spray cork render is made from natural cork and is applied at 6 to 8mm thick over a reinforced basecoat or as an overspray to existing finishes. Silicone render systems provide a durable, breathable finish for new builds, extensions and refreshed exteriors. External wall insulation systems combine high-performance insulation with silicone or spray cork finishes to reduce heat loss and lower heating bills.
The business covers Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Oliver Chapman leads the team, which includes Martyn Sibley and Ryan Brown, both renderers and skilled renderers. Work begins with a consultation to advise on the most suitable system for each property type and condition. Surfaces are prepared, loose coatings are removed where needed, and a reinforced basecoat is applied before the final finish. Spray cork reduces external noise, resists cracks and stains, and allows moisture to escape to prevent damp and mould. Silicone render is low-maintenance and resists fading. The business is an approved applicator of CorkSol Spray Cork and K-Rend basecoat systems. CorkRend Limited has over 25 years of experience in rendering.
