About CDP Plastering Ltd
CDP Plastering Ltd is an established family-run plastering business based in Welwyn Garden City. The company carries out dry lining, plastering, rendering, external wall insulation, partitioning and floor screeding for residential and commercial clients. Services listed include two coat float and set, direct skim to walls and ceilings, sand and cement rendering with smooth, pebble-dash and tyrolean finishes, through-coloured rendering systems applied by machine or hand, thermal plasterboard and fireline encasements, metal or wood partitioning, and machine-pumped floor screed.
The business works across Hertfordshire for general builders, developers and house builders on new builds and residential developments. External wall insulation involves applying insulation board, base coat and mesh before finishing with coloured render. Partitioning is constructed in metal or wood ready for plasterboard and plastering.
Recent projects include three-storey new build town houses in Baldock with dry lining and plastering using thermal plasterboard, fireline encasements and moisture board, a Welwyn Garden City development with full dry lining package, plasterboard to new walls and ceilings and skim finish to new and existing areas, and external insulation systems using 60mm insulation board with coloured render. The business also carries out through-colour rendering on existing buildings and new builds, mineral renders applied by machine, and fibre-reinforced sand and cement screed over underfloor heating on new build developments.
