About Blakeston Plastering & Rendering Ltd
Blakeston Plastering & Rendering Ltd is a family-run plastering and rendering business based in Desborough, Northamptonshire, with over 37 years of experience. It works for homeowners, landlords and businesses throughout Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Rutland, including Kettering, Market Harborough, Corby, Rothwell, Northampton, Thrapston, Oundle, Uppingham and Oakham.
The owner began plastering at the age of 16, completing a three-year apprenticeship alongside his father, Tony, while studying at Leicester College and gaining City & Guilds qualifications. He later spent 18 months working in Germany and has used plastering and rendering machines since 1994.
The services include internal plastering and skimming, float and set, drylining and plasterboarding, lime plastering and lime rendering, monocouche and silicone render systems, external wall insulation, floor screeding, and plaster and insurance repairs, such as ceiling repairs, water damage repairs, crack repairs and patch repairs. The website names EWIpro in connection with its external wall insulation work and says the business is fully insured. Free quotations are offered.
