About Basingstoke Venetian Polished Plastering
Basingstoke Venetian Polished Plastering applies Venetian polished plaster finishes to walls and surfaces. The business, formerly known as S.J.B Plastering, specialises in techniques including Tadelakt, high-gloss, dragged, pitted, travertino and marmarino finishes. Tadelakt has a smooth, slightly shiny appearance and is water resistant and breathable, suitable for wet rooms, showers, bathrooms and kitchens. High-gloss lucido creates a mirror finish that is smooth and cold to touch. Pitted plaster achieves rough or smooth surfaces for indoor applications. All finishes are supplied in neutral colour and can be tinted using colourants.
The business operates in Hampshire and the South East and travels across the UK. Venetian plaster is sourced directly from Italy and is eco-friendly. The owner has over 20 years of experience in plastering and 30 years in construction, and holds City and Guilds qualifications in plastering, advanced rendering, advanced k-render and advanced Venetian polished plastering. Polished plaster finishes are versatile wall treatments that last for decades with proper maintenance.
